As part of the Perfect Edge Sharpening group we do more than just sharpen our blades.  We examine every blade to determine if any repairs or corrections to the blade geometry are required.  We then utilize a patented system and equipment specifically designed to remove the least amount of metal possible and create a polished edge.  Yes, our system can repair and sharpen ceramic blades and we can re-serrate your worn bread knives.

Our prices assume that blades are in normal condition with no chips.  An extra charge may be added for very dull blades or edges with chips.  An additional charge will be added for severely damaged edges, broken tips, or blades that have worn out of shape.  Repair work that cannot be completed on site will be done in my shop, usually within two business days.
